Matt Gaskell is a World Record holding Atlantic rower and Explorer.
A Dive Leader, Fitness Coach and Mountain Leader, Matt holds the World Record for the fastest team to row across the Atlantic, winning the 2019 Talisker Atlantic Challenge.
Having grown up loving all aspects of the outdoors and natural world he completed a degree in Ecology whilst skiing to the North and South poles and climbing the highest mountains on 4 continents
Matt went on to train as a Doctor in the NHS and become a qualified Expedition Medic. A skill that he has put to use in Expeditions on all seven continents.
As a motivational speaker, Matt engages audiences by sharing the tools needed to build teams that can overcome nature’s most dangerous and difficult environments, and the techniques required to face the adversity that comes with those challenges.
Matt also offers training and advice to clients planning their own adventures.
